Content, access and ongoing responsibilities
Confirm who supplies approved text, licensed media and third-party access. Hosting, maintenance, integrations and ownership arrangements should be discussed before work starts. Illustrative photographs and demo reviews are not evidence of specific employees or client outcomes.
Use the proposal to resolve scope questions
